in 1979 Rand Personnel now has one of the largest centralised
teams of permanent staff recruiters in Southern Africa.

quality, low volume" policy and from this has evolved
a team of HR Recruitment Professionals who need to be
both selective and knowledgable and who tend to be conservative

cautious when seeing to the employment needs of their
clients and their jobs..

Consultants make it a priority to build up a close relationship
with their Clients and Applicants in order to provide
them with staff that will fit the job and jobs that
will enhance their career. As
with most Recruitment Agencies, Rand Personnel makes
use of newspapers and web based job portals but we also
have the advantage of our own in-house database that
goes back to almost the inception of Rand Personnel and
which
contain top calibre technical job seekers which is constantly
updated.
